3. The Board heard this application at their reqular publio meeting

on September 13, 1995, at which time evidence and testimony was

4. The Board finds that the proposed amendment is consistent with

NON, THEREFORE BS IT RESOLVED by the Board that it hereby
approves a Minor Plat Amendment for Lot 1 of the Lulu Subdivision " '

� a. The keeping of dogs shall be prohibited at a21 times.

'= b. All fencing shall comply with the Division of Wildlife �,:'!,i
- '� standards for wildlife fencing, which is not to exceed 42" in -
- height and have a 12" kick space between the upper two �t"1.>s
strands. Fencing may be 3-strand smooth wire or split rail or
other fencing approved by the Division of Wildlife. Fencing -,''s:•
shall be prohibited in close praximity to any dwelling. f'

c. The riparian vegetation, as defined by the Colorado
--- � - Division of Wildlife, within 100 feet of the Roaring Fork
River bank, shall be maintained in its current state. Nothing
herein shall prohibit new pZantings and wildlife enhancement
on the lot (as approved by the Division of Wildlife) . �
� d. Land to the north of the building envelope on Lot 1,
identified on the amended plat as "Elk Habitat Area," shall
not be converted to grazing or agricultural uses. '��, ,
e. The owner shall maintain, in perpetuity, a fence which � �
meets the Colorado Division of Wildlife standard, as outlined
in IV(1) (b) above, between the designated Elk Habitat Area and �
the Grazing Area. 3
