Moore Family (hereinafter "applicants") t, �: k'Sx. s have applied to the County for residentia2 growth management �ti , ; � allocations from the 1994 metro-area pool. �'�r;'�` 2. On August 9, 1995 the Board of County Commissioners ��y,Y; ' reviewed and accepted the 1994 Metro Residential GMQS score � � as forwarded by the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning j Commission. � ' ,e', . 1 3. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed one (1) � ,,� application for the 1994 Metro Residential GMQS allocations � and scored it as follows: Moore Family PUD: 78.5 4. The 1994 Moore Family PUD application for growth management allocations was processed under the provisions of the "old" Land Use Code pursuant to resolution #95-9 �� (attached) . � i � 5. The Board of County Commissioners granted general : submission approval for the Moore Family PUD project an February 28, 1995 pursuant to resolution #95-30. Sy this same resolution, the Board granted 24 residential growth ,� ; - management allocations from the 1993 Metro-Area pool. a' � . .-� � + ;. 6. The Board of County Commissioners recagnizes that by 1 , virtue of the score received and the general submission approval granted, the Moore Family PUD application is i eligible to receive allotments from the 1994 Residential '' �' pool for the MetXO area. � 'r�`.� , �j.
