conveyed most of the lands comprising Lots 4-50, 82ock 4, Lakeview
Addition, to Aspen Center £or Environmental Studies, a Colorado
non-profit corporation. While the beed erroneously recites that
the property lies in Block 3, the controlling metes and bounds
- description places the property in Block 4. Small strips on the •
- easterly and westerly edges of Lots 4-10, Block 4 that were not '
included in the 636/135 Deed were in fact covered by two other ;
