My 1994 "Actual Value" was incorrect, therefo=e, my 1994 property taxes were
" incorrect.
According to the Assessor's office, my properties' 1994 values were:

These figures were incorrect as evidenced by my purchase price of $350,000 on i �
April 29, 1994 (recorded hlay 2, 1994). It is my feeling that the "Actual Value"

� By multiplying my 1994 purchase price of $350,000 by .1286, I have arrived at what
- I feel to be a more accurate "Assessed Value" of $45,010 wMch, when multiplied by '� ,
the District 4 Mill Levy of .036531 results in a property tax amount of $1,644.26.
