� 1. Pitkin Caunty, a Colorado home-rule county, is the owner, � ,� •
t �1�.
sponsor and operator of the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (Sardy
Field), located in the vicinity of Aspen, Colorado, and has the :;'p•;�
authority to regulate commercial activities and to lease and t:'
license space at the Airport, pursuant to, inter alia, 1973 C.R.S. ���4 �
41-4-101 et se ., 30-35-202, Title IV of the Pitkin County Code, "�! '_
and Section 8.7 of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter; and �. , �; ;
2. Pitkin County desirea to enter into a Contract Agreement
with the Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) for the purpose of
. providing Guest Services at the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, under `a
the terms and conditions of the Contract Agreement attached hereto �a`}
ae Exhibit "A"; and
3. On the recommendation of Staff, the BOCC finds that the y�
' ', Contract Agreement is in the best interest of the County, and its
• � guests. '

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS �
- OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO:
Section 1
The Chairperson, or Vice-Chair of the Board of County �;�,
Commissioners is hereby authorized and directed by the Board of 1
County. Commissioners ta sign this Resolution, and the Contract � : ,
Agreement which are necessary to execute the Agreement Dated ' ' _
-'�- - December 20 , 1995, on behalf of Pitkin County. _

- This Resolution, and Contract Agreement shall be available for ��•
