The caretaker dwelling unit shall be limited co 700 square feet of Iivable area. � 3. A note shall be added to the site plan stating that the front yazd shail be the propeRy line as it �� runs from Corner Stone#4 to Corner Stone#3,as noted on the site pla►i. . 4. The building envelope shall be reduced to comply with ffie required 100 foot front yard setback. _. - ; 5.
