The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and in the current and past public meetings. 3. Prior to building permit application, the Applicant shall record a 24 x 36 inch mylar 1041 Ha2ard Review Site Plan which meets the approval of the Planning Office and County Attorney. �•ti°� The site plan shali include the following 1041 Hazard Review Warning and Disclaimer: � _ � !
