then easterly to the intersection of the North Star Preserve property line. At that point the
Metro azea boundary heads north along the easterly edge of the Preserve Subdivision and ; .��_

The criteria aze based on the visioas and goals of Aspen area residents,as expressed in the

evaluating both residentia!and lodge developmea� It is recognized that different types of
� projects will be able to address the criteria in different ways and that not all of the specific
