The applicants have requested rezoning of the 2.93 acre subject property £rom AFR-2 to AR-2. b '� ` a�' . 3. The applicants have also requested and been granted Major Plat Amendment and Scenic Foreground Overlay Approval as evidenced by Resolution #95-.�GU � 4. The pu=pose of this request is to eliminate the non-conforming status of the multi-family use on the propexty, to add 78.756 square feet to the property from the adjacent Maroon Creek Club - 'property and to allow the construction of 18 detached � garage/storage structures. The project also includes a small stozage structure located at the east end of the garages and the - relocation of a trash dumpster. 5.
