. ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
NWCCOG, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, AND
LE CUISINTER PROVIDING FOR CATERED MEALS

THIS ADDENDUM made and entered into this 22 day of JUNE ,
" 1981, by and between the NORTHWfiST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS �.
_ _ ("NWCCOG"), the BOAAD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
("County"), LE CUISINIER {"Caterer") , and THE MUSIC ASSOCIATE5 OF APSEN �

WITNESSETH: �!

; WHEREAS,the NWCCOG, the County and Caterers entered into an F�
agreement ("Agreement") dated March 9, 1981, (County Contract No. �'
, 15(S1)) for the provision of food service by Caterer under terms and �
conditions therein specified, and �t
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement wish to terminate said r%�'
t agreement with respect to the Caterer, and {yyy'���
��� WHEREAS, MAA wishes to assume the responsibilities of the "Supplier" ��
i�
� under the Agreement from the period between June 19, 1981, to August }
31, 1981, �
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to be
derived herefrom, it is agreed by the parties hereto as follows:

l. NWCCOG, the Board, and the Caterer agree that as of June 19, '
1981, Caterer shall be absolved from any and all rights and obliqations �

under the above described Agreement.

-:z 2. NWCCOG, the Board, and the Caterer waive any and all claims i:. :

`:`i each may have by reason of the termination of the Agreement (as it �

pertains to Caterer) except any claim that may arise under the terms �

� of the Aqreement prior to the effective date of termination, June 19,

�� 3. NWCCOG, the Board and MAA agree that, for the period between �
"',< June 19 and August 31, 1981, MAA shall be a party to the Agreement and
' � enjoy those rights and undertake those responsibilities assigned to i i
� ;� {

' i the "Supplier". Except that all notices to the "Supplier" shall be
` mailed to POST OFFICE BOX pA, ASPEN COLORqDO B1612 , said Agreement and �

all its terms, shall remain unchanged. �

4. NWCCOG and the County further agree that MAA may designate
another person or agency to provide the services required of it by �
, said Agreement, but MAA shall remain psimarily responsible for ° �

standing. �
