�';;� SUB-LEASE AGAEEMENT

This SUB=LEASE AGR6Eh1ENT is by and between the Pitkin Caunty,
d/b/a Pitkin County Fair Committee and Snoarmass Resort Association, Inc. for �
the purpose of suh-leasing that certain real pronerty which has been leased !
to the.County of Pitkin d/b/a Pitkin County Fair Committee by way of that '
letter of agreement dated the 6�' day of U,� , 1981, i
Pursuant to that letter of agreement and that certain license agreement by �
and between the Snowmass Company, Ltd. as Licensor and Arlyce Baldwin,
dlbfa Snowmass Stables, Licensee, it is hereby agreed to and understood that I
= the sub-Ieas9.ng agreement for that certain real property for the term i
commencing on August 10, 1981 and expiring on August 17, 1981 is hereby
agreed to. �
The Snowmass Resort Association, Inc. hereby agrees to and warran'ts that �
it shall u hold the cqve ants and a reements ursuant to that letter of �
agraement dated the (97'� day of �V�-.y P 1981. The sale (
purpose of granting such sub-leasing agreement by the Snowmass Company, Ltd., �
Ariyce Baldirin, d/b/a Snowmass Stables and the County of Pitkin, djbla �
Pitkin County Fair Co�nittee is for obtaining a special use liquor licensin�
from the proper governmental authorities and local liquor licensing �
authorities - Town of Snowmass Village.

� For ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration this ;
sub-leasing agreement is, entered into this �day of�ui �, 1981, �
� by the Snowmass Company, Ltd., and by Arlyce 8aldwin, d/b/a Snowmdss Stab2es, �
and by the County of Pitkin, dJbJa Pitkin County Fair Committee, and by
the Snowmass Resort Association, Inc.
