WNEREAS, applications were filed on behalf of the Elk Mountain Lodge `• �
. - i
' - requesting minor amendments in the terms of the Special Review Permit granted -
with Resolution No. 79-87, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard evidence and testimony with ►^espect to these 3
changes at their regular meetings of May 25, 1981 and July 13, 1981 and �,
determined that the changes were minor in nature. `

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Comnissioners of �.
Pitkin County, Colorado, that the terms of the Special Review Permit granted �
to the Elk Mountain Lodge with Resolution No. 79-87 are hereby amended by
�
• the addition of the following amendments. �
1. The Wrangler's unit, originally planned to be 1098 square feet, may �
� be increased in size to 1525 square feet in order to accomnodate
. a two-bedroom unit and a six foot by eleven foot outdoor deck may be ��
�#'� added from the livin9 room. �
� 2. The owner shall be allowed to occupy the wrangler`s employee housing �
� unit in the new barn until such time as the manager's apartment is •
�� completed in the main lodge provided that upon completion of the
manager's apartment in the main lodge the wrangler's employee unit
1 shall revert to its original employee housing purpose.
3. The previously approved locations for cabins No. 2 and 5 may be ;
relocated as requested to locations adjacent to the pond on the
- north side of the property. �;
