� WHEREAS, the McBride Ranch, more specifically described in attached ;
Exhibit A, has 2300 acres and an existing house that has been in existence for �
over 40 years, and �

, WHEREAS, the applicant requests to retain the structure as a caretaker i
�
unit for ranch operations, and j�
WHEREAS, the new principal residence is to be constructed 1(2 mile away �'
Yrom the caretaker unit by private ranch road, and �

� WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners i

at their regular meeting on July 13, 1981 at which time the recormiendations of �
the Planning and Zoning Cortmission, the Planning Office, referral agencies and �
��'�; members of the general public were accepted. ��

�� Pitkin County, Colorado, that Special Review approval for an additional dwelling
