SET TREASURER'S FEES BY RESOLUTION
Resolution No. 81- 71
WFIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has called a special
election to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 1981, to consider (among
"�, other things) various amendments to the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter, �
' and
�4 WHEREAS, the Board wishes to inc7.ude, in addition to the other
issues to be considered, the advisability of providing that Treasurer's

�� �fees be established by Board xesolution, rather than by statute,

'- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners

- of Pitkin County, Colozado, that the £ollowing question shall be submitted
