THE FOREGOSNG Agreement, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, a body corporate and '�'
politic, and D&H VENDING COMPANY is hereby renewed for a period E�

� of two (2) years, commencing on the lst day of September. 1981,
and terminating on the 31st day of August, 1983, with the
following changes: _
'� 1. Paragraph 17, "Indemnity and Insurance" , second paragraph �

. shall be amended to read as follows: '�
"Concessionaire further agrees to secure ( and deliver a
certificate thereof to the County Airport Aianager) at the time of %�'-
�r the commencement of the term of this Agreement, a comprehensive F`A
liability insurance policy written on an occurrence basis, including �x
public liability for personal injury and property damage, in form s'
� and company acceptable to and approved by said manager, covering � �;
