Addendum to that Lease Agreement dated May 7th, 1979, and �
renewed by Addendum dated May 1, 19B1 (NO. CA 38(81) ), by and �_

between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado,
i ' (Lessor) and GREGORY C, 1=IURE7ANE,•d/b/a/ T7URNANE AVIATION, Lessee. �

. WHEREAS, the above-mentioned Agreement does exist and shall ��

be in effect until April 30, 1982; and F

WAEREAS, the Lessee desires the use of Counter Space within �

the new airport terminal center section in addition to the areas �
previously demised by the aforementioned Agreement; and �,

WAEREAS, agreement has been made between the Lessor for �•
�. ;, the use by the Lessee of said additional counter space; '

!� � NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: ••

1. Lessee shall have the use of Counter Space "F" in the center �,

terminal, as indicated by the area cross-hatched in red on �'

- the attached Exhibit "A" (attached hereto and incorporated �

herein by reference). Said space consists of approximately ;i

92 square feet.

2. Lessee shall pay a monthly rental for said space "F" of +
$50.00. which amount shall be due and payable on the first
day of each and every month o£ the term herein. Said payments �=
shall be subject to the terms of the existing Use and Lease '�

- Agreement as set out in Paragraph 3.05 "Payments".

3. Lessee is hereby granted use of the area hereinabove described �
for the purposes normally associated with the operation of ;;<<
a scheduled and non-scheduled air passenger service operation; '�'�

except that, in no event shall any area be used as a car rental �`� i

or leasing agency, for providing hotel or lodge reservation j

services (including telephone "Hot Lines" therefor), vendinq �
machines or for providing taxi or limousine services. Also, f

Lessee's passengers and baggage shall be handled and loaded �

through Lessee's terminal area within the old Aspen Airways }

! passenger terminal (charter terminal); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that �
the foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit the pick-up
or delivery of passengers at such areas by taxis or limousines
or the use o£ the leased pzemises for ground transportation
' services contracted for by Lessee to transport its passengers �

. by ground transportation. r
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this
