prohibiting obstruction of a strip of land adjacent to the road
to facilitate snow removal and maintenance. The parties agree
that upon completion of the widening of the road, all portions
of the property subjected to easements hereunder not reasonably '
necessary to the Grantee for widening and/or maintenance of the �;
road or for drainage ditches or utilities shall be forthwith
quitclaimed back to the Grantor.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to
the parties, and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantee �

to Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following easements:

� GRANTEE AGREES to use reasonable care in the exercise of
the rights herein granted and to take reasonable steps to avoid .
damages to Grantor's lands and improvements adjacent to the ;

easement herein granted. In the event Grantee shall disturb �

Grantor's lands or improvements, it agrees to make reasonable �
� efforts, by appropriate regrading, revegetation, or otherwise, E
