ADDENDUM TO INSURANCE SALES
USE AND LEASE AGREEMENT CA 67(S1) j �

THIS ADDENDUM, made and entered into this f� day of
December, 1981, constitutes an extension of the foregoing Use .
- ' and Lease Agreement CA 67(81) as follows:
1. Lessee is hereby granted an exclusive Magazine/Newsstand
franchise to be operated by Lessee from the space previously

demised to Lessee by said Agreement, ,•.;;

2. As consideration for said Magazine/Newsstand franchise,

Lessee agrees to pay to the Lessor in addition to other fees and `M

I charges as set out in said Agreement, a sum egual to five (5�) �

� per cent of the gross revenues realized from the sale of the

; magazine and news materials for which this franchise is granted. �

� 3. Payment of fees as set out in Number 2 above shall be �

made on or before the lOth day of each month of the term herein,
and one month hereafter for the business generated in the pre- ! •

ceding calendar month. t
