� WHEREAS, the parties hereto have previously entered into an •Q
Agreement as amended including addendums ("The Agreement") ��
providing that Bishop Construction, Inc. shall operate the Pitkin -
County Solid Waste Center, owned by Pitkin County, Colorado, � '
'� ("SWC�') under certain terms and conditions; and
- WHEREAS said Agreement shall expire by its terms on December �
� 3Z, 1994; and
IWHEREAS the parties hereto mutually wish to extend The
Agreement, with respect to the rights and responsibilities each
party will have pertaining to the operation of the SWC and to the °
recycling of various waste items, and with respect to other related ' �'
issues; and
WIiEREAS except as expressly modified and/or implemented
hereby, the parties agree that The Agreement shall remain unchanqed
and shall continue in full force and effect.

!�,___` NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLIAWS: �

1. E�ttension of Aareement. The Agreement was i.nitially for �'
a base period of 5 years, commencing June 1, 1988, and terminating
- by the Third Addendum on December 31, 1994. The parties agree that ' '
this Fourth Addendtun extends The Agreement for the term of 3 � ,
• months, up to and including March 31, 1995. ' i`,,`

2. Notification. Said parties agree that proper notification
of cantract termination and extension has been duly received and
signed as outlined in the terms of The Agreement. �<.
