CONSULTANT's Oblicrations. CONSULTANT agrees to furnish -„ i •• all o£ the prozessional services, sub-consultants, materials, equipment, plans, drawings, calculations, reports and documents �,� .-.� specified or necessarily implied to complete a11 tasks required for the completion oz the CONSULTANT's portion of the PROJECT, as a set out in and in strict compliance with the CONSULTANT's proposal i'? herein below listed, to the standards for its profession in Colorado. 2, Contract Time. Services under this Agreement shall be � commenced by January 13, 1995, and shall be completed no later than July 31, 1995. 3. Pavment. The County agrees to pay, and the CONSULTANT ' agrees to accept, in full payment for the completion and per£ormance of this Contract, a top set of $17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Dollars and No/cents) as listed within the CONSULTANT's proposal. It is understood that this amount may be increased by �i• Change Order solely in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. r 'j • ��� 4. Contract Documents. Successors and Assians. Neither the COLNTY nor the CONSULTANT shall have ;� the right to assign, transfer, or sublet his interest or ;� obligations hereunder without the written consent of the other party. 9. NO WAIVER OF TERMS.
