Whereas, Aspen Substance Awareness Project, a non-profit agency, is promoting healthy lifestyles through the prevention � and reduction of substance abuse in the Roaring Fork Valley. •c- � Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and � promises conCained herein, the parties agree as follows: 1 • � � - 1. Period of Operation: The County hereby leases and demises � for the calendar year 1995 to Aspen Substance Awareness Project that area designated oEfice H in the Schultz Building. Said space shall be available at 8:00 a.m., Friday, January 1, 1995. Aspen Substance Awareness Project � will be prepared to vacate the office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 1995, unless a new lease has been ;� .� signed. � 2. It shall be the responsibility of Aspen Substance Awareness �±; Project at its own sole cost and expense, within five days •.` after the expiration of this Agreement, to remove office • equipment from the premises.
