(r WHEREAS, 5ection 7-1.14 of the Pitkin County Land Use Code allows that �

� WHEREAS, no subdivision of the parcel is being requested in this application.
�� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO by the Board of County Commissioners of �
Pitkin County, Colorado that special review approval is hereby granted for the

� Diamond J Ranch to remove two bedrooms from its lodge and a kitchen from a guest '
� cabin and to buiid a two-bedroom, one kitchen sing7e family residence uttder the �;Z'�`;:'%':
� following conditions: ;;
�� 1. The septic systems of the cabins be evaluated by the Environmental �
Nealth Department and be replaced where necessary.

2. The bench site outlined as the site for the new house be adhered to
because of suitable soils for a compliant disposal system. .
Approved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado
at their regular meeting on January 10, 7983.
