� WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has
�� determined that additional funding of the countywide transportation !_

� system is necessary and wishes to submit a question or �
guestions relating thereto to the electorate. �

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board U

� of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, that k
� there shall be conducted, on May 3, 1983, a countywide �
J special election to consider funding of the countywide �`
� transportation system, which election shall be conducted �
� pursuant to applicable provisions of law.
