, '� percent (18) in accordance with Resolution No. 29, Series 1983, and of
� incurring indebtedness, as is more particularly stated in the form of `v

Ballot Label and Notice of Election hereinafter set forth. 4,

Section 2. There shall be 15 election precincts and polling places �

� for the election as set forth in the Notice of Election. The County "

� Clerk and Recarder shall conspicuously post at each polling place, the
,� notice required by �1-6-102, C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
Section 3. Any person who is at least.eighteen (18) years of age,
a citizen of the United States, and who has resided in the State of
Colorado and in the election precinct for thirty-two (32) days imme- �-�
� diately preceding the election, and who has complied with the registra- �.

�, tion laws, shall be allowed to vote o❑ the question of imposing the �:-'

facilities for Pitkin County, such bonds to be payable solely
