".�; WE[EREAS, the parties hereto desire to define their

relationship in regard to said radio communications equip- ?:�

k�- NOW, THEREF�RE, for and in consideration of the mutual
�`{� covenants of the parties, and other good and valuable con- �

� acknowledged, it is agreed as follows: �

1. Ownership. County will maintain ownership of all
units of the radio communications equipment provided pursuant �
,.';'''� to this Agreernent.
' 2. Index. Ceunty shall initiate and maintain a file '

index containing the type, manufacturer's name, model, � �.` ��

serial number, and cost at purchase of each item of equip- �
. �
ment. Upon receipt of an item of equipment, it shall be �

received by Fire District and acknowledgement of receipt � .
shall be in writing.
3. Maintenance. Fire TJistrict shall perform all
maintenancc necessary to maintain the equipment in go�d

4. Risk of Loss. The risk of loss for all of the

'' radio communications equipment against loss or theft at its
