?<� in amounts agreed upon by the parties to the State Agency under the su5hority of R;
•�^� Section 416 of the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981, The cheese will be delivered to `i�
iyj distribution points agreed upon by the State Agency and County Commissioners, in .
's"*i accordance with the following alternatives:

i� a, With USDA approval, State Agency will specify shipment of full truck loads
�:,� (1120 cases) to counties having need for full truck load. Transportation charges
�� will be paid to destination point by USDA. • �;
``� b. With USDA approval and in conjunction with counties having need for less than �
_ .k� truck load quantity, State Agency will specify shipment of full truck load (1120cases) �.

�� c. With USDA approval and in conjunction with counties concerned, the State Agency will

receive [he cheese at the State Warehouse at 260 Rio Grande Blvd., Denver. USDA _
;j will pay transportation charges to this point. Counties concerned will have to
pick-up from the State Warehouse or make arrangements with a conunon carrier for � �
,� delivery to their county. All shipments by covm�on carrier will be oci a freight

2. The County Co�mnissioners wi21 make the cheese available for use only to the extent
that needy persons are served, and in assistance to needy persons,
3. C[�eese will be distributed to need� persons under the preceding paragraph for household

State Agency approval will. be gxanted only to a county agency, which the County Commissioner �
recommend for Che distribution of the cheese it receives.
4. The cheese will not be sold or exchanged. The State Agency will provide the cheese
i without charges for handling or distribution, County Cormnissioners will insure county F `
� agencies participating in the distribution of the cheese do not impose any such charge
to the recipient. (Necessary freight charges must be borne by county concerned as
i ' indicated above.) •
_ - � S. The State Agency wi11 permit and require county agency participating in the distribution
of the cheese to permit representatives of USDA to inspect its facilities and records �.
