i:,:� WHEREAS, William W. Cochran, II and Bonnie Cochran (hereinafter 1;-

`��: WHEREAS, the Board acknowledges the non-conformity of the unit;

WAEREAS, it is the policy of the County to encourage provision ; _�;;-

i;±:'' 1. The unit shall be registered with the Pitkin County Housing
`�,=` Authority which shall verify the qualifications of all
applicants for housing in this unit.

fi ` APPROVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
