COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO AS DEFINED
R� IN SECTION 2.7.4 OF TAE HOME RULE CHARTER

�,ry, WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.7.4 of the Home Rule i

�; Charter the Board of County Commission2rs ("Board") is charged i

;%` with setting the salaries of other elected officials at least

{,;;; pursuant to Section 2.7.4 of the Home Rule f
Charter, the Board may also increase salaries of other elected
y'��" officials annually by a cost of living multiple (a) if such

!'. WHEREAS, the Board has determined that other elected
