�9orks Building Phase I has been properly put out for bid pursuant to
' the requirements of the Pitkin County Procurement Code and,

� PIHEREAS, the apparent low bid from Schmueser & Associates, `
�,5 Inc. is acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners on the grounds `

�; that any defects in the bid are not material to the price, quality I.
