is the owner of record of a parcel comprised of 4.82 acres in the AF-2 zone; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant did submit a request to build an additional two

�;' tennis courts to the a2ready approved recreational complex at the Aspen Racquet �'

approved prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The use
of sodium vapor lighting is prohibited_
