WHEREAS, Caterers are in need of a kitchen facility adequate
to provide a Food Service for the Music School Students for the '
� period of Jtme 11, 1983 through August 26, 1983, and

�: WAEREAS, Caterers desire to use the kitchen facilities in the
,, Co�tmity Center in Pitkin Cotmty in connection with this service and, �

� WHEREAS, the CoLmty desires to facilitate the Senior Citizen �

� Nutrition Prograae,

� NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and �
� � agreements made herein, the parties agree and covenant as follows: �

1. The term of the agreement shall commence June 11, 1983 �
and end August 26, 1983. �

2. The Covnty agrees to permit the Caterers to use the �

� kitchen facilities at the Commimity Center for the
purpose of preparing three meals per day, Monday through
;� Saturday and one meal per day on Sunday for approximately

� 300 music school students.

� 3. The Caterers will operate the Senior Nutrition Program

ority in any decisions affecting meal service at the

4. The "Under 60 Community Lunch Program" will not exist �
�der the terms of this agreement except that meals wi11
be served to people other than Senior Citizens and Music
Students according to the attached price schedule.

The Caterers agree to ass�e the cost of maintaining and �::

9. The Caterer will provide an inventory to the Commimity
� Center Director of any fixed County equipment in these

- 11. Food, drink and other services provided at the Community

� . 12. The parties hereto shall each enjoy those remedies provided
� by law for any breach of this agreement. Provided, however, a.

�� If any such default shall not be cured, then the Director of
