COUNTY, COLORADO (hereinafter referred to as the "County"),

and ASPEN AUTO RENTALS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the

WHEI2EAS, the above-mentioned lease agreement will expire .
on April 15, 1983; and
�` �� WHEREAS, said lease agreement states in paragraph No. 2
thereof that the County may extend the term of said lease agree-
ment for one (only) additional two-year term, provided certain
condi�ions are met; and
, WHEREAS, said certain conditions have been met, and the
County and the Company wish to extend said lease agreement as

per paragraph No. 2 thereof "
NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Company do hereby mutually
