ADDENDUM TO THAT Lease Agreement dated September 14, 1981

:E;r; WHEREAS, the above-mentioned Lease Agreement sets out a
_ monthly rental rate for the Lessee Passengeb.Terminal Premises

�, WHEREAS, Lessee's Passenger Terminal Premises has been -

- expanded by an additional 2,300 square feet of baggage claim �

- NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Lessee do hereby �+

�` mutually undertake, promise and agree, each for itself and �

`" for the Lessee's Passenger Terminal Exclusive

�:t month to $9,997.33 per month, which increase

�-E. 2. Said monthly renta2 rates shall remain effective

� mentioned Lease Agreement, a period of not less
