i� "EFA") wherein it is agreed as follows:

1. EFA agrees to design, produce, sell advertising for,

;�. publish and print the 1983 Pitkin County Fair Program at EFA's cost.

2. In consideration of the above, the County agrees:

�'' (a) EFA shall have the exclusive right to publish
k;:,� the 1983 Fair Program provided that nothing herein shall be con-
V�..y strued to prohibit the publication of a book of rules for participants

- (b) EFA shall retain all total advertising revenues. ' -

It is understood and agreed that the County does not, t

�, assumes all risk with respect thereto.

shall publish a by-line for each article if requested to do so. i

The,Fair Board assumes all liability for any claims or loss arising

from the content of the material that it approves pursuant to !

5. EFA shall on behalf of the Pitkin County Fair Board ;
copyright the Fair Program and the contents of the Fair Program, �
