`� ADDENDUM AND RENEWAL to that Use and Lease Agreement dated
i July 27, 1981, by and between the SOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

and TAD N. LATHROP, d/b/a ASPEN BARNSTORMING COMPANY, (hereinafter

! W I T N E S S E T H:

} WHEREAS, Lessor desires to renew the lease referred to above
s with Lessee pursuant to the certain terms and conditions contained
herein; and
WHEREAS, Lessee desires to renew the lease referred to above

with Lessor pursuant to the certain terms and conditions contained

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
� 1. The term of the lease mentioned above shall be extended
for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 1983, and
terminating on June 30, 1984.
2. Lessor and Lessee specifically agree, unless inconsistent •��

herewith, that each and every term of the lease which is
being renewed, and its Addendum and Renewal and any
Addenda thereto, shall be binding upon them and shall be 7 .
in full force and effect for the period of this renewal.
