That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, `
' the FM on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor,
� r� on the other part, do hereby mutually agree that an additional sum of
$596,479 is, under a ner� and separate obligation, hereby obligated by the
� � U n i t e d S t a t e s f o r t h e p u r p o s e o f a c c o m p l i s h i n g t h e d e v e l o p�n e n t d e s c r i b e d
in the aforementio�ed Grant Agreement pursuant to tfie provisions in
i� Special Condition Plo. 7 of said Grant Agreement. The maximu� ab?igation
;� of the United States as set forth in�standard Condition No. 1 of the
!y Grant Agreement bet�aeen the United States and the Sponsor is hereby
y; increased froir $803,055 to $1,399,534. This amendment does not affect
�, � any other terms or conditions of the Grant Agreement.
