,,� WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners claim �
�'• ownership to that property formally known as "South Avenue"

�' as set forth on the Williams Addition as depicted in the

� Willits map of the City of Aspen, and �
{�� WHEREAS, Ella Skufca claims ownership of certain

; portions of said "South Avenue" by virtue of adverse use, and

;� WHEREAS, the Board of County Cotnmissioners and Ella �;
Skufca have agreed to resolve these disputing claims by means �

� of a land exchange which will meet the needs of both parties, and
� WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter requires
� that any disposal of public property be made pursuant to ordinance, ';
