During such meetings, compiete review oF all findings and recommendations will be ;� '
undertaken, and as a result such changes will be made as may be necessary or desirable
. to comply with the procedures and practices of the SPONSOR. +r,
16. The CONSULTANT shall provide twenty-Five(25)copies of the completed and

bound final Airporr layou! Pfaa Update report and teo (10) sets of the Airport Layout Plan
� and associated drawings to the SPONSOR. Copies of reproducibles of all exhibits wii[ be '
provided to the SPONSOR.

6. Iucorporatlou of Prorisions. The CONSULTANT shall include the provisions -

- Policy. It is the policy oC the Department of Transportation that disadvantaged �

! participate in the performanco of contracts financed in whole or in part with Federal �

� funds under this agreement. ConsequenNy,the DBE requirements of 49 CFR Part 23 apply q

DBE Obligation. The recipient or its CONSULTANT agrees to ensure that �

opportuniry to participate in the perCormance of contracts financed in whole or in part �
with Federal funds provided under this agreement. In this regard all recipients or �
CONSULTANTS sha❑ take all necessary and reasonable steps in accordance with 49 CFR
