4. 7Cermination of Puyment. �
After receipt of a notice of termination, tho•Contractor shall
; i submit to tha County his termination claim in thp form of a final j

; invoice in accordance with Article II2, includiny costs incurred to �
; the date of termination, and cost incurred because of termination, '
; which termination costs shall not exceed 109 of the total shown in

- � Art3cle I2; provided, however, that in the event of default by the E

"' , 1 Contzactor, no extra costs incurred because of termination shall be �
.`; paid to the Contractor. Such claim must be submitted promptly, but • �

The Contractor shall have the right of appeal from any determina- � �
