In :'�'� the event that the Board shall consider the granting of such ;;?:� an exemption from the quota system, it shall reguire that the � �;�� Planning Office evaluate the limitations on development in Pitkin `J:� County and report to the noard on the need for revisions to � these limitations which �uould take effect during the subsequent .:,� year. : _ 7� (d) If in any gror�th management area (described in Section 5- 1 510.1[a]) there shall be available less than thirty petcent ��` (30g) of the development allotments originally provided for due to the reductions required in Section 5-510.2, then there �°� shall be available thirty percent (30$) (rounded to the next closest whole number) of the development allotments in such ;;r� grotath management area, it being the intention of this Section Rti_� that at no time shall the competition for development allotments ; be entirely precluded by reason of build-out on previously subdivided ' lots and the development of employee housing units.
