AHERBAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin .

County, Colorado, has ordered the preparation of a mu2ti-year i
?-_i':� financial plan for the County in order to promote stability in �.

''� the provision of services to the residents of Pitkin County and f

ito adequately fund the necessary repair, replacement and improvement

,;r^''"' WHEHSAS, such a plan has been prepared vith the aid and `

- teview of the County Financial Advisory Board as provided for in
� Article 3-5 of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter; and
NflEREAS, the plan as currently prepared shows that current

ji revenues are inadequate to maintain current service levels and to F ,

ao- `i� also provide for the orderly repair and replacement of the county �
