_ WHEREAS, John R. IIonni�veil and Lucy C. BonniweZl (hereinafter
"Bonniwells°) ace the ov�ners of a parcel of land located at 0476 Glen

WHEREAS. Henrietta Julia Armstrong Jitkoff (individually and as
