ARTICLE II: SPECIFICATIONS
A. The �wner's representative or engineer will provide the
construction staking. The Contractor shall be responsible for protectingy
all stakes. Stakes which must be replaced will be done at the Contractor4;

ARTICLE V: TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT OR FOR CONVENIENCE OF COLINTX
