WHERSAS, the Aspen Camp School for the Deaf (hereinafter "Applicant°) (`.,:.
�_, has requested Special Review approval to upgzade their facility with

-- current and future construction projects; and

- WHBREAS, the Applicant has represented that even after the improve-
ments are made, the school will limit the total number of people
at any one session to forty-five (45); and
'::;� WHERBAS, the Board has found that the Applicant's proposal does
- `' not constitute an expansion of its activities but instead cepresents

�`'';:� an upgrade in the quality of its operation; and
WHSRSAS, the Board has found that the Applicant does not operate !

as a commercial buildzng and this space is, therefore, not an addition •

construction projects are approved for the campus of the Aspen Camp
