�i,� Stipulation on 23 September, 1983, in Jav R. Kuhne, et al, f

',;h�r WHEREAS, paragraph 9�a) of the Consent and Stipulation ` �
:�',�-"���'-_j prohibits the leasing of units by the Project Owners for a �

�-�' WHEREAS, pursuant to the above requirement the �

�'°,q Project Owners executed and recorded restrictive covenants �

�,;,;-� prohibiting such short-term leases of units in Silverking :

:l';' Phase I, contained in Book 461, Page 11, of the records ?,

' WHEREAS, all units in Phase I must be maintained
