all authority to Adams County with respect to the financing of

1985 Allocation
Pursuant to notice of public hearing, schedul�d f or today, you
are reqaested to approve the following documents relating to the
County's allocation un8er the County and tdunicipality Development
Revenue Bond Act to finance residential housing facilities for
low and middle income families through the issuance of revenue
bonds:
1. Policy report dated November 30 , 1984 , of Adams County,
Colorado.
2. The Delegation Agreement.
3. The Allocation Transfer Agreement. (
The requested action is the same as that which has occurred in
previous years but different only with respect to the receiving
county. All other counties in Colorado are being req uested to
take the same action.
It is recommended that you approve the three documents indicated
above, subject to their execution af ter May 1, 1985, when the new
state allocation enabling legislation becomes effective.
