exiatin9 �oad throu9h the coke avens that is approxi:rately 250
feet north of the tdid-concinent access raad. The road curcently
serves the Redstone stables. The area is shown to h$ve the
potent�al for modecate to high visual vulnerability, hoxeve�, the
Church will not be visible fror� State tlighway 133 because it will
be behind the old coke avens. Tbis proposal will have no adverse
aEfect on adjacent property ownecs, as the nearest [esidences are
acCOSS the Highway and the Crystal River in Redstone. The watec
&ecvice is proposed to be hottled water and a temporary facilit!
s�tcb as a porta-john has also been proppsed for sanitary wastes.
. The Planning Office recommended approval subject ta the following
conditions:
1, That sanitary facilities 8 Watec service be apptoved by
the County ttealth Depart�ent prior to the use of the
tenForacy church,
2, That the ter�gorary church will be removed from the
` - temporary site by August l, 1986 deadline, with the
- original site being returned to its original condition
as existed prior to Ctiurch's use of the site.
