� County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, provided for an ;
. .� increase in the Pitkin County sales tax from 28 to 38, snbject to t`

� the County must allocate and distribute funds to the City and the
� Town necessary to defray certain of their financial obligations
p� otherwise paid for out of the City's 7th penny sales tax, and to �
