mental Coordinator. The Planning Office shall also identiLy
� vhether the application canstitutes a mfnos or a majo�
application, based on the number of houcs wbich rrill be
�eguired to process tt►e referral, and charge the applicank
- far eacb referral accordingly. Additional billings and
ref unds shall nOt apply to the computation of refecral fees.
