� conditio�n:
1. That within twa (2) rt:anth� of this approval, the Applicant
shall submit a re�o rt on the pcogress of the aaquisition of
the property Mhich ia necessary to re-align the ��oody Creek
Road entrance to the Vagneur Pit.
2. That within six (6) monkhs of this approval the Applicant
shall have completed the new Uoody Creek Road entrance
project in substantial conformance with the alignment and
design as presented at the public hearing on tlovembec 25, , �
1985.
3. That within tuo (2) �eonths of this approval, the Applicant
shall submit a report to the Board on the use, impacts and
other public and private costs foc refurbishment of the
- Denver and Rio Grande right-of-way to the N.cLain Flats Road
" as an alternate entrance and/or exit to the existing Elaro
Gravel Pit.
